Built-In Requirements & Installation:
Airflow Base: You must use a Table Nest or a non-combustible, heat-resistant platform beneath the ceramic base. This leaves an air gap underneath for proper ventilation and prevents heat transfer to your cabinetry or countertop
Counter Cutout: The opening in your stone, concrete, or wood counter must leave a small clearance around the circumference of the EGG (do not jam the ceramic tightly against stone, as heat expansion can crack the shell).
Hinged Clearance: Ensure the dome lid has enough rear and top clearance to open fully without hitting walls, backsplashes, or overhead covers.
